City Clerk

The City Clerk's office is responsible for the safekeeping of all of the documents of the City including meeting minutes, resolutions, ordinances and any other records and papers belonging to the City which may be entrusted to his/her care.  The City Clerk is also responsible for creating the agenda for monthly Council meetings.

Cherry Bailey has been the City Clerk for the City of Cassville since June of 2020. Prior to that she served as  the Accounts Payable Clerk, Police Clerk and Evidence Room Technician beginning employment with the City in 2014.  Cherry can be reached at 417-847-4441 or cbailey@cityofcassville.com


The Cassville Board of Aldermen meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.  If you would like to be added to the agenda, please fill out a request to address City Council Request to Address Council and return to the City Clerk at least one week before the meeting.
